On the palate, a smooth, rounded texture, complemented by roasted pecan, tart cranberry, and ripe strawberries. The finish suggests hints of warm baking spice and maple liqueur, leading to a lingering, yet subtle kiss of oak. With only 225 cases produced, the Chambourcin is unique and intimate.
