Inspired by the Super Tuscan, the Super New Mexican is intensely aromatic, opening with bold notes of tobacco and leather. As it breathes, the bouquet reveals nuances of ripe black cherry, adding a touch of fruity sweetness. The palate bursts with flavor, led by luscious blackberry, offering a juicy and decadent sensation on the tongue. Subtle hints of orange peel, providing a zesty contrast to the rich fruitiness. Followed by an influence of bourbon, imparting a warm and comforting finish that lingers from the first sip to the last. The Super New Mexican is aged for 30 months in mixed oak.
