You assess the color of the wine, then you analyze the aromas that swirl around in the glass, then you determine how the taste and texture of the wine blends in your mouth. In the same token, music can heavily influence how we experience wine. Mellow music makes wine taste more subtle, whereas lively music makes wine taste more dynamic.
